The Project Management Professional certification is the globally-recognized gold standard of Project Management Certification that distinguishes the person who hold the experience, education, and competency to lead and direct projects.

Who Should Apply?

An experienced project manager who possess the following requirements:

  • Perform duties under general supervision and responsible for all aspects of the project throughout the project
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams in order to deliver projects within the time prescribed, budget and resources.
  • Demonstrate adequate knowledge and expertise to apply a methodology to projects that have well-defined project requirements and deliverables.

Prerequisites

  • Secondary degree of high school, diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent
  • 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
  • 35 hours of project management education

OR

  • Four-year degree
  • 4,500 hours leading and directing projects
  • 35 hours of project management education

  • Satisfy the requirement of 35 hour formal project management training for PMI®’s PMP® professional certification.
  • Comfortable preparation for the examination format and typical question styles
  • Pass the PMP® exam
