The Cisco Administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (ACUCM) v11.0 training certification course helps in obtaining a detailed overview on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager System which includes the concepts of IP telephony based in system administration, its features, function, and configuration. By taking part in the training, students can gain knowledge of system concepts: the creation of phones and users, clustering, route plans, media resources, digit manipulation, and phone features. The course is designed to help individuals who are related with utilizing and management, and performing administration for Level 1 and Level 2 support. Here Level 1 support is designed for the guidance of supporting phone users and making necessary moves, additions/modifications to the desktop phone environment, while level 2 supports focus on supporting changes in the organization, like new office locations openings or relocating the departments. However, this course does not involve the issues of new cluster deployment, initial deployment, or international deployments. Also, the course does not deal with the issues that are underlying the network such as switches, routers or Cisco IOS software configuration.
